If you have any problems with your order, contact us ASAP with the issue. We are happy to refund / replace your items should you have a problem. A refund on orders will be given once the items have been returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and there is no refunds on shipping costs.
Custom made items are only covered by the return policy for manufacturing faults and errors made by bike-mods.co.uk. Any mistakes made when ordering will not be eligible for refund so make sure your order is correct before submitting it.
